Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (This excludes printheads and used equipment, these items are non-refundable)
In some cases we apply security markings to products, if these have been tampered with / damaged, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. The return shipping cost back to the customer is to be paid by the customer.
Second User Spare Parts
All of our second user parts have been tested by our trained engineers to ensure they are in a fully working order, These are then sealed with security markings and tamper stickers. If the tamper seals or markings have been damaged or broken, we are unable to accept the return of this item for a refund. Second user parts should always be fitted by trained engineers to avoid damage to the part or your machine, if for any reason the parts supplied by us do not work as they should, we will request the contact information of the qualified engineer that installed them to investigate the problem further. If the contact information is not supplied to us, or the engineer is not qualified to carry out the repair, we are unable to accept liability for the part.
By purchasing used parts from us you acknowledge that our business (Hinkler Group) and anyone working on behalf of Hinkler Group are not responsible for any damages caused to your printer / plotter in relation to the repair using the second user parts supplied by us (Hinkler Group)
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@hinklergroup.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Printhead and used equipment. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. The returned item is to be unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
