Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Occasionally if your item is out of stock, the order will be placed on back order. If we are unable to get the item in stock within 7 days of payment, we will contact you and request further instruction.

PLEASE NOTE: Order processing is 1-3 days (excluding weekends and holidays), your items will then be shipped via your preferred shipping service.

Occasional delays beyond our control may occur due to high volume orders, courier delays etc… If you have any questions regarding your order please feel free to email us at sales@hinklergroup.co.uk quoting your order ID. Unfortunately we are unable to give exact delivery times and dates once your order has been shipped.
