Roland LEF20 - Sold as seen - Used

Terms & Conditions – Sale of Used Roland LEF-20 Printer (“Sold As Seen”)

1. Sold As Seen
   The Roland LEF-20 printer is sold strictly on a “sold as seen” basis. The buyer confirms they have inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the machine prior to purchase.

2. Used Equipment
   This is a used machine. As such, it may show signs of wear and may require servicing, maintenance, or repairs. No assurances are given regarding lifespan or future performance.

3. No Warranty or Guarantee
   No warranties, guarantees, or assurances—express or implied—are provided with this sale. This includes, but is not limited to, functionality, condition, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

4. No Returns or Refunds
   All sales are final. The buyer agrees that no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances once payment has been made and the machine collected or delivered.

5. Buyer Responsibility
   The buyer accepts full responsibility for the installation, setup, operation, maintenance, and repair of the printer after the sale.

6. Transfer of Ownership
   Ownership transfers to the buyer immediately upon full payment. After this point, the seller holds no further responsibility for the machine.

7. Acknowledgment of Agreement
   By proceeding with the purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
